Acupuncture for Farm Animals
| Farm Animals respond to Veterinary Acupuncture |

| Cattle at grass |
Farming finds itself in a difficult economic situation, so this form of hands-on therapy can be difficult to afford.
However, pedigree breeders, organic farmers and others do call us out for veterinary acupuncture, for various problems, in
cattle, sheep and pigs. Other farmed species are more rarely seen: deer, buffalo, camelids (llamas, alpacas etc.). We have
yet to be asked to treat reindeer.
As in all species, we attend to diet, lifestyle and potential
obstacles to recovery (including housing and other management issues), along with a full chiropractic check and
any necessary chiropractic manipulation (i.e. holistic treatment), in support of acupuncture treatment.
